If Venue Axis holds personal information about you that you'd like deleted, submit a request here. We action every request within 30 days and confirm in writing when it's done.
We review your request, confirm your identity, identify which records we hold about you, and delete everything that isn't subject to a mandatory legal retention period. We'll be upfront with you about what we can and can't delete — and why.
Some records cannot be immediately deleted. Compliance records required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (including CDD records, SMRs, and TTRs) must be retained for a minimum of 7 years by law. Incident register entries and GPOM records are subject to similar obligations under the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (NSW). We will tell you clearly which of your records fall into this category and when they will be eligible for deletion.
