Venue Axis is building a structured export endpoint so the compliance evidence your floor team captures — incidents, welfare checks, CDD events, screening outcomes, anomaly counts, inspection completions — flows directly into Clubernance's board-pack workflow. No manual re-entry, no copy-paste, no data re-keying.
A versioned JSON envelope containing your board-pack compliance sections — month metrics, obligations status, incident summaries, COI declarations, corrective actions, and AI commentary (if approved). Period-scoped, club-scoped, signed-URL TTL for secure fetch.
Two integration shapes: Venue Axis pushes a governance_export.ready webhook event with a signed URL that Clubernance fetches, or Clubernance polls the endpoint directly with an API key. Both flows reuse existing signed-URL + HMAC infrastructure.
SMR body text never leaves the AMLCO surface (s.123 tipping-off rule). Patron PII is redacted to aggregate counts. The export is compliance-summary data, not raw operational records.
